Choose the Right Resume Length
Choose a 1-page resume if your current resume is one page. I will do my best to remain with one page as long as this is the best way to market what you have to offer. You may also choose one page, if you prefer to see your first draft before sending me the balance for a 2- or 3-page resume.
Note: 1-page resumes are usually a good fit for someone who has worked in one position for over 10 years or is just starting out.
Choose a 2-page resume if we have already discussed your needs and it is clear that you will need a second page to deliver a clear message.
Note: 2-page resumes are usually essential if you have worked for more than one employer in the last 10 – 15 years. A single page almost never presents what you have to offer effectively.
Choose a 3-page resume if you are an executive who has moved up the ladder over a 10 – 20 year time span. Your resume should highlight your greatest achievements with enough detail to provide insights into your potential value.
Note: 3-page resumes/CVs may also be needed in advanced medical positions.
Add a page if you have already paid for a resume and need to pay for an additional page.
Add Another Page to Resume
Note: I will do my best to make sure additional pages are justified. I won’t charge you for an additional page that doesn’t reach at least half-way down the second page.
If you have worked with me within the last 24 months, choose the ‘Prior Client Resume Revision Option.’

Account Set-up Assistance
If you sign up for my LinkedIn Training, you can do this step for yourself and save money.
Note: Setup does not include writing your Headline and Summary.
Your ‘Summary” is the first thing people see when they look at your LinkedIn Profile. Let me help you craft a clear message.
Summary Without Resume
Note: Because working on your resume gives me far more insights into what you have to offer, I give my resume clients a deep discount.
Summary With Resume
Note: If you have done a good job entering your positions, it may be possible for me to write your summary without working with you on your resume or job descriptions.
LinkedIn Employer Optimization
Each position which you have held needs to be covered, even if it’s in the same company. If the company gave the position a different job description, you want to emphasize this on LinkedIn.

Note: It takes time to bring each job description into focus. I move beyond describing the ‘duties’ of the job. I help you identify those things in which you made a difference.
Cover letters aren’t optional unless the job posting states clearly that you should not sent one. Assume that your cover letter will decide whether your resume is read. I would be happy to help you with drafting a flexible cover letter that is easy to modify for different openings that interest you.
Revisions & Thank You Notes
While I write your first cover letter so it has some flexibility built in, some clients prefer to have me write their cover letters to fit specific positions that have opened up. In this case, I offer a special price for the repeat business.
